Citizens Medical Center offers financial assistance to eligible patients based on income and assets for partially or fully discounted emergent or medically-necessary hospital care.

Good Faith Estimate

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, healthcare providers and healthcare facilities are required to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

Your Right to an Estimate

You can ask any healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service.

Dispute Rights

If your bill is $400 or more above the Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
