Mon-Thu 5 AM - 9:30 PM
Healthy options at the HealthPlex fitness center. Fri 5 AM - 8:30 PM, Sat 7 AM - 5 PM, Sun 12 PM - 5 PM.

Located in the main lobby. Flowers, gifts, cards, and personal care items available.
Chapel

A calming, reverent space welcoming patients and guests of all faiths. Located across from the gift shop.

Parking Information
Free parking is available for all patients and visitors at Citizens Medical Center.
Main Visitor Parking
Located directly in front of the main hospital entrance with easy access to the lobby.
Accessible Parking
Handicap-accessible spaces are available near all building entrances.
Emergency Department
Dedicated parking area located near the Emergency Department entrance for quick access.
Visitor Policies
We ask all visitors to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Visitor Limit
Only two visitors per patient are permitted at any given time to ensure patient rest and safety.
Smoke-Free Campus
Smoking is prohibited everywhere on hospital campuses and grounds. This includes all buildings, parking areas, and outdoor spaces.
Quiet Hours
We maintain quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM to ensure patients can rest and recover.
Children Visitors
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Some units may have additional restrictions.
